The 93rd Street Beautification Association has launched a preservation campaign to save Marx Brothers Place in NYC ! In recent years, 93rd Street between Lexington & 3rd Aves, where the childhood home of the Marx Brothers still stands, has come under intense pressure from developers bent on demolishing the block to make way for modern condos.
