Where were the black followers of Clinton when Rwanda needed them?

Now that 800K BLACK Africans are dead, where is the interest in the black race around the world? There is none. The Clintons did not take an interest in blacks clear around the globe; when all is said and done, they will tell American Blacks it is not in their interest to rectify the convoluted genocide of the black race in this country.
