They can't just search students with disabilties. That seems to clearly be a violation of Section 504 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I would contact your local Center for Independent Living (find yours at www.ilusa.com/links/ilcenters.htm), your state's P&A agency (find it at http://www.ndrn.org/), the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) or the Americans Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and your attorney general's office.
