Permission to use photo

I would like permission to use your photo of the SS Selma under construction in Mobile, Ala., in connection with a column I write for the Mobile Register, the daily newspaper in Mobile. I plan to run the article Sunday and will need permission by Friday, May 3. Would it be possible for me to use the picture?
