1. Is this the right public forum that we have to come and leave a message if we are new member??

2. Is this forum English only??'cas I can't see any Chinese right here...but symbol instead of Chinese...

3. What's that www.hkworld.vze.com?? It is a Forumscity.net 's forum....?? is that the right web site that we have to leave a message?? if not, why the email which send to confirm the new member of [HK]Winmx said I should go to this web site and post the message???
