This weekend
Just wondering if anyone is intending to do a long run on the route this weekend as I have some free time.Would be keen to do first 41 miles to Ben Glass. Any takers ? |

Myself and Marco are planning to run the Fling route on Monday with a 6am start. We are aiming for a 10hr run time. Feel free to join us... that goes for anyone else that's interested too! |

Neal decided to do my own thing howeever thanks for the offer.I think I would have sttruggled to keep up with you and Marco,have a good day on Monday I may have recovered from my own little trip by then. Regards Kevin |
