Hi Steve,
Reading your forum cheers me up because it lets me know that some brave souls can survive in Thai prisons. I'm looking for my nephew, Benjamin Straus. I recently heard that he has been sentenced in Thailand on drug charges but I don't know where he is. Benji is 36 and an artist as you are. I'll do what I can for him if I can find him.
Let me know what I, as an American, can do for you. I'll certainly come and visit you if I come to Thailand to help Benji. Will signitures from non-Brits help on your petition?
Good luck to you. I'm sure your courage in getting the word out to the internet is appreciated by thousands of family members around the world. It won't make up for what you're going through but it probably helps keep you sane.
