Hi all, Below is set out the details of a 7 skiing holiday for N+B owners, it is very well attended at a 5* site. Its a great opportunity for skiers and non skiers, winter sun in the mountains is a real pickmeup.

SESTO, 17th –22nd February 2008



NIESMANN+BISHOFF 2008 – WINTER MEETING – PROGRAMM


1ST Day – Sunday – 17th February 2008

Arrival at the Caravan Park Sesto. At 18.30 welcome greeting by Caravan Park and Niesmann+Bihoff teams in the Sextner Almhütte Tavern. Then a five-course dinner will take place followed by a pleasant evening with live-music.


2nd Day – Monday, 18th February 2008

Today all skiers will reach the Croda Rossa peak by means of the just-inaugurated slope “Signaue”, which is only 900 meters far from Caravan Park. A Sesto-skiing instructor be our guide for the day.

In the morning all non-skiers will spend some relaxing hours in our new Wellness Centre with the wonderful, panoramic, indoor swimming-pool. In the afternoon we will have a walk along the Fiscalina Valley accompanied by a local guide.

In the evening all of us will have a typical dinner in the nice atmosphere of the Talschlusshütte refuge with local music.

After dinner we will have a torchlight walk along the picturesque Fiscalina Valley back to the parking-place near the Dolomitenhof, from where we will return to the Caravan Park by a Top Class coach.

3rd Day – Tuesday, 19th February 2008

Departure by top-class coach to Kronplatz (Plan de Corones) . Once arrived at Olang we will start to explore the skiing slopes guided by a local instructor and enjoy the spectacular scenery of the surrounding mountains.

All non-skiers will continue their trip to the Biathlon and Cross Country Centre of Antholz, where besides visiting the Biathlon Stadium, which will host the Biathlon World Cup in January 2008, they will be also able to experience a winter-wonderland on cross country skis along the trails of the Valley of Antholz, or they can choose to reach the refuges Enzianhütte or Steinzger Alm passing by the frozen Lake of Antholz.

We will conclude the day with a typical Italian evening, which foresees a menu with delicious Italian specialities and Italian live-music. At the end of the evening we will play together the traditional Niesman+Bischoff quiz game.

4th Day – Wednesday – 20th February 2008

Today we will start the day with a trial of winter drive. Ability and courage are needed according to the difficulties of the slippery track. To get warm a restorative hot soup with some mulled wine will be served.

The afternoon will be dedicated to wellness and relax in the wonderful sauna and swimming-pool world of the Caravan Park.


Tonight the Tyrolean evening is on the programme! In the Sextner Almhütte Tavern you will taste the tempting culinary pleasures of the South Tyrolean cuisine and enjoy the typical atmosphere of South Tyrol with local music, folklore and the Schuhplatters.

5th Day – Thursday, 21st February 2008

This day is entirely dedicated to skiing. Together with an expert guide we will pass from the Helm Mountain (Monte Elmo) to the Croda Rossa and stop at a Skiing Restaurant for a restorative meal.

The non-skiers will have a little discovery journey in the typical nearby Gsiesertal Valley (Val di Casies), where after an easy walk they will reach the Kradorfer refuge. By the way this is also an ideal location for cross-country skiing lovers.

Finally, in order to celebrate the final evening of this winter meeting all participants are invited to take part in the fantastic Gala Dinner with delicious dishes in a special atmosphere with live-music, which will be played till late at night.

During this evening, some joyful moments of the meeting will be shown and nicely commented, as traditionally happens every year.

6th Day – Friday, 22nd February 2008

Our last day will start with a rich brunch served in the Berghof Patzenfeld Restaurant followed by the final greeting just before the departure.


This special offer includes the following services:

Accomodation in a comfort plot, rubbish tax, daily fare per person and all dinners and excursions including the service of the skiing instructors and Alpine guides as specified in the programme (skipasses, meals and drinks at the refuges and ski-restaurants, as well as lifts tickets are not included)
