Message:		Yes, it does not seem that the woman in the story was showing much humility. But, we always have to carry the message - that is part of working the steps. It gets tiring and there are days I do it well and days I don't. I came to this message board for hope and haven't found it. But yor response shows that you think it is all about you - it shows a degree of selfishness that this program tries to get us to move away from. So the woman wrote a self-centerd paper. So what? If it is true, she did a kindness to others. Realize that she is selfish and self-cetnered, too, and move past it.
