Message:		I'm married to an AA/NA who can't seem to find long term sobriety (4-5 relapses @ year) due to his inability to deal with his negative feelings rather than stuff them and replace them with anger which leads directly to the bottle, etc., etc. Has anyone ever found a group/technique to help them learn how to not 'stuff'? Help!
