thank's to all who have replied to my call for help i feel i have approched the first hurdle and cleared it as i now have loss any desire to use drink or drugs as a mask of my true self.. I like myself loads as i have found so many qualities in ME being sober.. the next hurdle will be loving myself which any tool's will be much appreciated..thanks
