I had throat surgery surgery on Wednesday. It went well despite problems intubating me--I came home the same day, which is unusual. I had it to treat sleep apnea, which has the nasty effect of reducing the quality and quantity of sleep by partially or completely cutting off one's air flow. It can cause high blood pressure (yes for me), irritability (yes for me), drowsiness (yes), etc. Keep your fingers crossed. If it works my snoring issues will subside significantly and maybe I'll get to throw away one or more of my high blood pressure pills. |
