Cheesy Spinach Eggs
1 pack Spinach Dip Mix 8 eggs ½ cup. grated Monterrey Jack cheese Flour tortillas Grease medium skillet with cooking spray; heat to medium. Whisk first 2 ingredients and pour into hot skillet. Stir and fold until eggs are done; sprinkle with cheese. Serve hot with warm tortillas. Makes 4 servings. |
