MP: Chive & Garlic Dip Chicken
Preheat oven to 375 degrees 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts Mix Chive & Garlic mix in with one 8oz block of cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella shredded cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Put a spoon full of the mixture into center of the underside of the chicken breast and roll up and secure with a toothpick. Dip the chicken in egg and then rollit in crushed Ritz crackers (crushed cornflakes would work as well, or any type of dry breading, like shake & bake) sprinkle mozzarella shredded cheese on top Bake it in the oven on a regular cookie sheet for about 35 min. |
