MP: Three Cheese Potato Soup
Chicken Pot Pie: One box is enough for two chicken pot pies. Eat one tonight and freeze the other for another night. Prepare the soup with 5 cups of water (instead of 6). Then add cut cooked chicken and a bag of frozen mixed veggies. Pour ½ of mixture into a 1 pie crust and the other ½ into another. Bake for about 40 minutes. Complimentary Products: Add Megan’s Pantry Southwest Chipotle seasoning or Seasoning Salt for more flavors. Use Old World Beer Bread to make drop biscuits instead of using a pie crust Boneless Chicken: Add a box of soup to 4 cups of boiling water and pour over boneless chicken breast. Bake until chicken is done, approx 20 minutes. Serve over rice. Complimentary Products: Spinach Dip – Add 1 package to soup before pouring over boneless chicken for added flavor. Casseroles – Unlimited ideas!: Prepare the soup as directed and toss in leftover ham, veggies, turkey, corn, bacon. Pour into a casserole dish and bake. Complimentary Products: Add Megan’s Pantry Southwest Chipotle seasoning, Seasoning Salt, Jalapeño & Cilantro or Mexican Ole for more flavor Corn or Clam Chowder: Add 1 cup of corn and/or 1 cup clams to prepared soup. Complimentary Products: Add Megan’s Pantry Southwest Chipotle seasoning or Seasoning Salt for more flavors. Scallop Potatoes: Prepare soup with 4 cups of water (instead of 6) Take 3-4 baked potatoes (oven or microwave) and slice about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick. Layer potatoes and soup in a casserole dish. At the end of each layer you might want to sprinkle a little cheddar. Keep doing layers til you run out and then top w/ shredded cheddar.
