TSG: Mango Garlic Salmon with Fruit Salsa

1 bottle Mango Garlic Grilling & Glazing Sauce
2 pounds fresh salmon, cut into 4 pieces
1 lime, zest and juice
2/3 cup fresh pineapple, diced small
2/3 cup fresh mango or peaches, diced small
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Pinch of cinnamon

Salsa: Combine lime zest, lime juice, pineapple, mango or peaches, cumin, cilantro, pepper and cinnamon. Stir
until blended. Cover and set aside. Salmon: Marinade salmon fillets in Mango Garlic Grilling & Glazing Sauce for at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium high. Lightly oil the grill rack. Cook salmon over the hottest part of the grill for about 4 minutes, basting with Mango Garlic Grilling & Glazing Sauce. Carefully flip salmon over and baste again with Mango Garlic Grilling & Glazing Sauce. Cook 2-4 minutes or until just done. Salmon should appear opaque and flake easily with a fork. Serve salmon fillets with fresh fruit salsa. Serves 4.
