TSG: Apple Chipotle Sesame Chicken Skewers
1 bottle Apple Chipotle Grilling & Glazing Sauce 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2" wide slices Freshly ground pepper Kosher salt 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 40 6" bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes. Preheat grill or broiler. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Thread 3 pieces of chicken onto each skewer. Marinade chicken with Apple Chipotle Grilling & Glazing Sauce for at least 30 minutes. Grill or broil chicken until cooked through, about 3 minutes for each side. Transfer skewers to serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro. Makes 40 hors'oeuvres. |
