MP: Heavenly Chai: Crunchy Chai Granola
· 1 box Fruit Crisp (we sell) · ½ cup butter (softened) · 1 cup chopped nuts · 2 packets Heavenly Chai (we sell) · 1 cup coconut (optional) Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In large mixing bowl, combine Fruit Crisp, Heavenly Chai, and softened butter; mix well. Spread onto cookie sheet; bake at 275 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden and crunchy. Stir in coconut. Store in an airtight container. Makes at least 2 cups (depending upon addition of coconut). Use on Fruit Smoothie and Cranberry Orange Coffee Cake. |
