TGC Sweet Potato Crunch
Spread 1 (24oz) can of sweet potatoes in baking dish. Melt 1/2 cup of margarine and mix with 1/4 cup of evaporated milk. Add mix and pour over sweet potatoes. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. For Candied Sweet Potatoes: Just add a can of crushed pineapple with a bit of the juice to the baking pan. |
