Fundraising
Hi Debbie and Family, We are parents of a son who has done two tours of Iraq and one in Afghanistan, thankfully he came home safe and sound. We were one of the fortunate families who got our son and brother home and I thank god for that. I work in a small primary school in the area of Knowsley Liverpool and we have just held a sponsored bike ride and walk into Croxteth Park Liverpool we have raised roughly £500/£600. Our son Marc, who at present is in the Duke of Lancasters,but will soon be leaving to join the Police, reccommended the HELP FOR HEROES charity. We wondered if Craig would be willing come along to except the cheque on their behalf. I work with the year 6 children and we have done alot of work, some children have written to my nephew who is at this moment of time serving in Afganistan. We also have a school mascot which is a bear called 'Honey' who also spent sometime in Afganistan with the troops in 2006, he is quite a famous bear even been on Granada reports. It would be an honour for us as a school if Craig could come. We wish him Craig and his family lots of happiness in his future and god bless you all Christine Palmer 0151 489 8044 NineTree School |

Hello Chris I have sent you an email and will be in touch soon. Glad your son is safe and I hope he does well in his chosen job. I am sure craig would love to meet the children and thank them for all there hard work. |
