For those interesting in exhibiting at the Urban Book Expo in Chicago, following is the information.
Exhibitor/Vendor Information
You must download Exhibitor/Vendor Agreement Form
Space is available for rent to Merchants/Vendors for the purpose of the Uban Book Expo held on August 17-19, 2007 at Illinois Institute of Technology Hermann Hall 3241 S. Dearborn.
Booth Information
Merchants(Exhibitor/Vendor-Non Food): Merchants; will pay an early bird fee before April 15, 2007 of three hundred dollars ($300.00) for one regular space for two days,
An additional fifty dollars ($350) for corner space
And five hundred dollars ($500.00) for prime spaces, which will consists of two spaces combined.
After April 15, 2007 all prices will increase by fifty dollars ($50.00). Each regular and prime-space will consist of one table and two chairs.
Space Deposit
Deposits of $150.00 are required to hold a space. Deposits are non-refundable after 30 days of receipt. Final balance payments are due by June 15, 2007.
Admission
The promoter will provide two identification wristbands to merchants for entry and exit to the event location.
Set Up/Breakdown
Urban Book Expo 2007 set up for August 17-18th is from 10am-11am. Breakdown is from 5:00pm-6:00pm. Set up on Sunday, August 19th is from 2:00pm-3:00pm. Breakdown is from 8:00pm-9:00pm.
