Big Bay Relay 2008
Participate in Marquette’s spring tradition! The Big Bay Relay is set to take off on Saturday, May 17th, 2008. Entry forms are available on the Noquemanon Trail Network’s website, www.noquetrails.org. For the second year, the Noquemanon Trail Network and Superiorland Ski Club are partnering to host this unique road running race from Marquette to Big Bay. New this year, is a junior division! Juniors may have up to 7 team members! All team members must be 17 years old or younger! For past alumni, there has been one minor change to the Division guidelines. The change is: “All female” or “All Male” teams will not be allowed to have a member of the opposite sex on their team as in years past. We are also pleased to announce that Johnsons Sport Shop of Marquette will be sponsoring the event for the second year! Johnsons Sports will be donating the top awards to each divisions winning team members in a form of gift certificates toward a purchase of new running shoes in their sport shop! So rally your friends, encourage your co-workers and sign up for the Big Bay Relay today! Don’t forget to head to Johnsons Sport Shop to get your new spring running shoes!
