Hi, I did a WAIS 3 test a couple years ago to diagnos my ADHD. I got the result in numbers on a 1-19 scale. How do I know my IQ from this scores?, Anna |

Good question, Anna. Here's how to convert scales scores to IQ: [(X-10)*5]+100, where X is the scales score (1-19 scale). So a scales score of 7 converts to (7-10)*5+100 = -15 + 100 = 85 IQ. Let me know if you need more explanation. Best, Jonathan Rich, Ph.D. |
