character enployer testing for employment
I have been taking psychological test now for every position I apply for, What are these employers looking for? our honesty, or how you should answer according to the type of position your going for. Are these test biased? please help I can't seen to pass them. I think I'm being to honest and reading too much into them. Thanks,Donna |
