Message:   Hello.
I am writing a paper where I use SRTM for morphometric analysis, an I came to a point where I need to say that SRTM 3" data distributed by NASA is averaged by a 3x3 window, while the data distributed by USGS Seamless Server is subsampled (thinned) using the central point of the 3x3 window as the new value for the 3 arcsec data.
My problem is: Is there any paper I can cite about this? I have that "SRTM_Topo.pdf" file available at NASA ftp server, but there is no Author(s).
