Message:   Hi,

Did anyone encounter this problem: a black band of missing elevation data for the border region between N-Spain and Portugal (Minho region)? Could this be just a an error or does the USGS have a certain policy not to present data on border regions?

Are there any other ways to obtain a 90-m DEM for this area?
