I don't mean to sound harsh but you shouldn't have waited so long, the poor thing is suffering. There are over the counter medicines that you can try, I would suggest Ornacyn Plus and BeneBac both because after all this time with diarrhea, I am sure his good bacteria is completely depleted from his digestive tract. Eliminate all greens and fruits from his diet (except apples but they need to be organic because they are one of the dirtiest American crops in terms of pesticides) and keep him on seed and grated hard boiled egg (which you can add the BeneBac to) and very warm (birds need a draft free and very warm environment to get better). Take the water away in the evening and give him fresh medicated one every morning for three weeks. Also, increase the dosage recommended on the package to 1.5 times what they suggest.
