Canary bird is ill |

My canary has had water droppings/diarrhea for quite some time and the droppings are a yellow liquid. He doesn't move much any more and spends most of the day crouching or huddling down on a pearch or the cage floor. He has not lost any weight that I can tell. This has been going on for I think 4 monthes now and is has progressed and the bird is getting worse and seems like he is struggling to survive and also seems like he's in some pain. I can't really afford a vet bill for him. Any suggestions? What kind of medicines might I use? Should I put the bird down?-I was debating this earlier today when I thought he would surely die. |
