Hey Carmen, Did you get that comment in writing???? If not, send a letter (keep a copy) to her and request all that you are looking for and if she's got that "you can't touch me" attitude, she may be foolish enough to put what she said (or a closely related comment) in writing. That will make any complaint a bit easier. Be sure to keep a log of all phone calls and conversation. Log the date, who you talked to, recap the conversation and how they spoke to you. Be as factual as you can. For example: Ms. B yelled. Have you posted to the listserv yet? These message boards are not the same as the list and many members don't come here nearly as often as they read the list."
