Your son should contact some of the local ARCs. Also try the Boston Center for Independent Living. Some CIL's allow people to post ads on bulletin boards. Their website is www.bostoncil.org. Has he considered working as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA)? He can specify that he only wants to work with children.
