Johan,
While surfing I found an interesting photo on this site: http://www.jedsite.info/missiles/mike/milan_series/milan-series.html
It shows the launch of a Milan AT missile and the post made me think of Grand Hohekirkel. As you can see on http://www.jedsite.info/missiles/mike/milan_series/firing-post/firingpost_002.jpg the missile launcher isn't that wide and seems to fit easily even though the gap is quite narrow.
The pyramides seem to offer little protection in case of a premature explosion of the missile's warhead. I think that they are more designed to reduce the sound of the launch.
