Marc, when we visited Hochwald and Rochonvilliers we asked our local contact, a local Policeman about access to GO Anzeling. We were told access was difficult but not impossible, we asked if it could be arranged for our visit in 2004, we were assured it would not be a problem, we are also planning to visit GO Molvange, drop me a private email and I will keep your details.
