The organisation that I know off is from police (special forces). I don't think that you are allowed to enter while they are shooting. What I know is that the part of the ouvrage such as ammunition magazine, some galleries are set up with shooting stands. Special intervention units are trained (sharp-shooting). The rest of the ouvrage (combat blocs) are closed.
I don't know the adress of the organization.
