I just read this absolutely great book on spirituality a couple of days ago. It was very open and liberating and it seemed to apply in all phases of my life. It looked as if it designated a common-sense set of morals as an initial approach to spirituality.
I don't think it is part of any established religions. Actually, it was very secular and open-minded. Its ideas seemed very new. Or at least I have never read anyone put spirituality in quite that way before.
