County X country
Hi-does anyone know what position one has to finish to gain a county place in the inter counties? (mens) |

If it is the Senior Men's race usually 16 are invited but some can be U20s because the IAAF U20 age-group is used at the Inter-Counties. Then I think it is 9 to run and 6 to score. For all other age-groups it is usually 12 invited - 8 run and 6 score. Unless anyone else knows different. The Inter-Counties are earlier this year - 24th Feb to allow runners selected for the World Cross Champs to be innoculated in time for the World's in Mombasa, Kenya. |
